Secure Internet Commerce Server and Database
SCIS designed and developed a commercial Internet Commerce application, using ORACLE RDBMS and the ORACLE toolset, that integrates product, order, billing, and inventory management to provide an enterprise wide solution. The system allows the customer to manage their products and order information using a suite of Oracle Forms and Reports running on Windows 2000 in both a client/server and a thin client environment. It presents those same products for sale over the Internet in a secure and flexible environment.
The development was successfully completed and the product was successfully delivered to the customer on schedule and within budget.
