Java Based Application Management System
SCIS led a team of developers that designed and developed an Object Oriented Java System. The system is UNIX based and runs on Sun Solaris and Silicon Graphics IRIX platforms using CORBA and J2EE components. The implementation is flexible and portable and can launch any application for NASA's Kennedy Space Center's new Checkout and Launch Control System.
The development was successfully completed and the product is in use within the Checkout and Launch Control System at NASA's Kennedy Space Center.
